SHIPPING + RETURNS

1. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Therefore, if you receive an item and would like to return it for any reason, I will offer you a full refund within 7 days of receiving the artwork, not including the cost of shipping, if applicable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received as well as in the same packaging or you will forgo a refund. 

2. There will be no returns or refunds on commission pieces once the piece has been approved.

3. In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, we require proof in the form of clear photographs showing the extent of the damage. This is necessary to analyze and determine the appropriate action, which may include sending a replacement or arranging for repairs. Also shipping price will be added in the case of returns. 

4. Shipment on any paintings, despite the size, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes between 1-3 business days. All items are handled with care and packaged in a box with bubble wrap to ensure the protection of your piece. Once shipped I will email you a confirmation.
