1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Shannon Lee Design and the website itself, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and artwork, are protected by copyright law and are the sole property of Shannon Gilson. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our content for profit or non-profit purposes without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Commissions

  • To initiate an order, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is required.

  • Once an order is placed and the deposit is received, it is non-refundable.

  • The pricing point starts at +20% of the current value of my artwork.

  • The final payment, including the remaining balance and shipping costs, is due before the artwork is shipped.

3. Damaged Artwork

  • In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, we require proof in the form of clear photographs showing the extent of the damage. This is necessary to analyze and determine the appropriate action, which may include sending a replacement or arranging for repairs. Also shipping price will be added in the case of returns.

4. Privacy and Personal Information

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us during your use of our website or the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
